Which RYDLYME Descaling System?
RYDLYME Descaling Systems are specifically designed to circulate RYDLYME through a vast array of equipment and systems keeping your facility in peak operating condition. We proudly offer Iwaki seal-less magnetic drive pumps and Yamada high-performance, air-powered double diaphragm pumps. For added convenience, all of our pumping systems are equipped with high-quality Hayward tru-union ball valves and transparent rubber Tygon hoses.
The CE-approved Iwaki seal-less magnetic drive pump is powered by a Weg TEFC C-Face motor (single-phase; 60Hz, 115/230v at 3,420rpm). The Yamada double-diaphragm pump is ideally suited for high-head RYDLYME cleaning applications requiring air supply pressures between 20 and 100psi. Renowned for their durability and reliability, these self-priming pumps are fitted with lubrication-free air control valves, mufflers, filters, and regulators. Our regulators are designed to accommodate variable flow rates that even comply with explosion-proof requirements.

Industrial Descaling System 15MDC
The 1.5” unit is assembled on a 2’X4′ heavy duty plastic cart with 8” swivel wheels. This high quality system contains a 30-gallon circulation bucket with a drain valve coupled via bulkhead fittings to multiple true-union valves for simplistic operation.

Industrial Descaling System 10CIP
The Industrial Descaling System 10CIP (Clean in Place) is designed for cleaning in confined or hard-to-reach areas. The versatile system contains a 14-gallon bucket, three 10′ Tygon hoses, and a ½ HP pump secured on a steel frame hand truck with 10” pneumatic wheels. 30GPM at 25′ head and utilizes a Teflon-coated cast iron body, bar form impeller, rotary graphite seal, and a ceramic seat.

Industrial Descaling System 10MDC
This 1” Complete Descaling Pump System is specifically designed to clean your smaller water-fouled equipment. This system includes a 10MDO magnetic drive pump, three Tygon 1” diameter 10′ hoses, and bulkhead fittings all packaged in a 14-gallon recirculation bucket. The bucket comes predrilled for the bulkhead fittings. Minor assembly required.

Industrial Descaling System Pumpmaster 115V
The PumpMaster 115v Industrial Descaling System comes with a 3/4-inch, seal-less magnetic twin-bearing pump. The PM115 is constructed with durable material, includes power supply cord, robust 14-gallon plastic base and two 3/4-inch diameter 10′ Tygon hoses. Features a centrifugal pump design equipped with a Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated (TENV) permanent magnetic motor that produces a maximum flow rate of 4.5 GPM. Minor assembly is required.
